Introduction: |

The NT1 unit provides the
interface between the ISDN network and the ISDN terminal
equipment in both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint
configurations. Often required in North America, it is used to
convert an ISDN U interface into an ISDN S/T interface
designated for customer premises equipment.
